Château de Villette sits in the heart of the Sologne at Ménestreau-en-Villette, south-east of Orléans. A fifty hectare estate with modular salons, converted stables and century old cedars, hosting weddings for thirty years and sleeping sixty on site. One of the Loiret venues we would love to photograph.

Why Villette suits the way we work
Villette has scale and variety: three modular salons in the château and La Folie, the old stables reworked with big glazed doors and natural stone, for up to three hundred guests. For a documentary photographer that means every part of the day has its own light, from the cedar gardens to the stone of the stables at night.
With twenty-four rooms sleeping sixty, the wedding lives on the estate across a weekend, and thirty years of weddings means a team that knows how to let a day run.

How we would photograph your day
We came to weddings from photojournalism. We observe, we anticipate, we capture what happens without interrupting it. No posing, no staging the facade, no asking anyone to do it again.
We always work as two. While one of us is at the ceremony, the other is watching the faces. That second pair of eyes is the difference between a record of the venue and a record of your day.
Getting there, and what it costs
We are based in Lencloître, in the Vienne, and travel regularly across France and Europe. Château de Villette is in the Loiret; we quote travel there case by case, depending on distance and logistics, always transparently.
Our packages start at 3,190 €, both photographers for the full day, all edited images included.
