We live in Lencloître, in the Vienne, 55 kilometres from Chinon. The Chinonais is on our doorstep: Château du Rivau is 32 kilometres from our base, the Forteresse Royale 55. The Chinon wine appellation runs through the Vienne and Indre valleys. We know this territory at different hours and in different seasons.
Over sixteen years, we have documented 337 weddings across Europe. Our approach has not changed: be invisible, observe, capture what happens without interrupting it. The medieval architecture of Chinon, the vine rows of the appellation, the quality of late afternoon light here, these are not a backdrop. They are part of the day.

Château du Rivau, Lémeré
Fifteen themed gardens, intact medieval architecture, and light that shifts hour by hour as it moves around the stone. Rivau is 32 kilometres from our base, one of the most photographically rich venues in the Chinonais. Every corner tells something without any need for intervention.
Château de la Grille, Chinon appellation
A wine estate in the Chinon appellation, with vines running up to the walls. The wine, the vineyard, the late light over the Loire: for couples who want something rooted in the terroir rather than a postcard backdrop.
Domaine de la Ploquinière, Chinon forest
A quiet private estate in the Chinon forest, a few kilometres from Lencloître. Away from the noise, surrounded by trees. For couples who would rather their wedding look like them than like a Loire Valley postcard.
Old town of Chinon
Medieval streets, tufa limestone façades, the river below and the Forteresse Royale above. The old town is not a venue but it is a location. For elopements, portraits, or couples who want to walk through it as part of their day.

The Forteresse Royale is a national monument and not available for private receptions. It features naturally in ceremony photographs for nearby venues, and the old town of Chinon, its medieval streets and tufa architecture, provides a remarkable backdrop for elopements and portrait sessions.

Our packages start at 3,190 €. This includes both photographers for the full day, from preparations through to the evening, plus all edited images via a private online gallery. Travel to Chinon is included.
Do you always work as a duo?
Always. Cristina and Petrică cover every wedding together, with two different perspectives at the same time. That is not an add-on, it is how we have worked for sixteen years.
